History
TeleSynthesis was founded 1997 to develop software for the telecommunications industry. In response to market conditions, TeleSynthesis diversified into industries such as healthcare and travel late in 1999. The strategy worked very well and TeleSynthesis rose to 25th on the Inc500 list of fastest growing private companies.
Our quest for constant improvement coupled with a failed investment in internal projects prompted TeleSynthesis to improve our methodology. TeleSynthesis applied the leadership principles defined in: The Art of War, Scientific Management, Six Sigma and Earned Value Management to redesign our process and organizational structure. We named our restructured process Victory By Design.
